当ｅラーニングについて
■ ｅラーニングプログラムについて
  • このｅラーニングプログラム「関節リウマチ患者の治療アウトカム改善をめざして　リウマチ治療の連携アプローチ」は、日本リウマチ財団が運営・提供するｅラーニングプログラムです。

  • 日本リウマチ財団では、リウマチ登録医の生涯教育研修を目的として中央および地区の教育研修会を開催してきました。 この度、教育研修会を補完する教育研修手段としてインターネットおよび CD-ROM によるｅラーニングを導入しました。 診療の合間に、自由にアクセスでき、自分の知りたい情報について学習できる特徴を生かして、学会や教育研修会の受講やその他の教材と併せて、ご利用いただければと考えます。

  • 現段階では、当eラーニングプログラムは、「リウマチ生涯教育に対するｅラーニング教育効果調査・研究」として実施していますが、全講座を修了した登録医の方は、日本リウマチ財団事務局に別途申請することにより、教育研修単位取得（３単位）が可能です。 詳しくは、日本リウマチ財団事務局までお問い合わせください。

■ コンテンツについて
  • このｅラーニングプログラム「関節リウマチ患者の治療アウトカム改善をめざして　リウマチ治療の連携アプローチ」は、米国 Thomson Healthcare 社が提供する、 米国CME認定協会（ACCME：Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education）認定の教育プログラム「NIRA（National Initiative for Rheumatoid Arthritis）」の中から、 日本リウマチ財団登録医の研修に役立つと思われる内容を抜粋し、翻訳・再構成したものです。

  • 疫学データは必要に応じて、日本国内のものもしくは最新のものに変更し、「生物学的製剤に関する使用ガイドライン（厚生労働省研究班）」も新たに追加補足されています。

■ ご使用方法について
  • 当ｅラーニングプログラムは、日本リウマチ財団登録医全員に CD-ROM 版が配布されますが、インターネットでアクセスすることも出来ます。 CD-ROM をパソコンにセットするだけで、また、お使いのパソコンをインターネットに接続するだけで、リウマチ生涯教育を学習することができます。 日本リウマチ財団登録医であれば、お好きな時間に、何度でもご覧いただけます。各章の最後に付いている POST-TEST を終了（全問正解）した時点で、それぞれの章の修了となります。

登録医は、この利用規約に規定するすべての条件を承諾の上で本eラーニングプログラムを使用するものとします。

１. ユーザーＩＤとパスワード
  • ユーザーＩＤとパスワードは、登録医の自己責任において管理するものとし、一切の不正使用を禁じます。不正使用により損害が発生しても、日本リウマチ財団はその責を負いません。 また、ユーザーＩＤとパスワードを登録医でない第三者と共有することや、第三者への貸与、譲渡を禁じます。

２. 動作環境
  • 本ｅラーニングプログラムでは、良好な環境で使用していただくために推奨動作環境を提示しています。 この推奨動作環境に当てはまらない環境下での使用においては、動作保障ができない場合があります。推奨動作環境については、動作環境ページをご覧下さい。

３. お問い合わせ
  • 本ｅラーニングプログラムの「お問い合わせ」フォームからのご質問は、登録医の方のみに限らせていただきます。

      【 お受けできないご質問 】
    • ハードウェア固有の問題解決、もしくはハードウェアが原因であると制作会社 株式会社ＣＧＩが判断した場合の問題解決。
    • 天変地異や機器劣化、不適切な機器使用等による故障や損傷の修理。

    • 原則として、ｅメール、電話によるサポートとします。

５. データのバックアップとセキュリティ
  • 登録医のパーソナルコンピュータ内のプログラム、データ、ソフトウェアなどについては、登録医の責任において必ずバックアップを取ってください。 また、登録医のパーソナルコンピュータ内の機密情報のセキュリティ対策については、登録医の責任において実施してください。 日本リウマチ財団および制作会社 株式会社ＣＧＩはいかなる場合にも、プログラム、データ、ソフトウェア、機密情報などに対する保証はいたしかねます。

６. 知的所有権等の権利帰属
  • 本ｅラーニングプログラムを構成するすべてのプログラム、ソフトウェア、商標、商号、コンテンツおよびその他に関する著作権（著作権法第27条および第28条で規定）・ 著作者人格権（著作権法第18条から第20条で規定）などすべての知的所有権は、Thomson Healthcare、日本リウマチ財団、および 株式会社ＣＧＩに帰属します。 登録医は本ｅラーニングプログラムに関する情報を自己の私的利用の目的にのみ使用するものとし、コンテンツの複製、頒布、販売、譲渡、出版、ホームページ上の掲載等、権利者の権利を侵害する行為のすべてを禁じます。

７. 協議
  • この規約に定めのない事項について紛議が生じた場合は、日本リウマチ財団と登録医の双方が誠意をもって協議し、円満にこれを解決するものとします。 また、本規約に関する準拠法は日本国法とします。
